Household
Battery Collection Program
Batteries accepted include
all types of alkaline and rechargable batteries (C, D, AA, 9-volt, etc.); the
button cell batteries found in watches, calculators and other small electronic
items; and larger batteries, such as those found in cell phones, laptops and
camcorders.
NOT Accepted: Automobile batteries (see information on Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Dates)
