Public Notices

Dear Prospective Vendor:

 Effective immediately, public notices for bids and certain bidding documents and procurement processes of the Middlesex County Improvement Authority (MCIA) will be posted on the MCIA website www.mciauth.com.  The MCIA encourages all vendors to obtain bids and proposal documents by downloading them from the website.

 If you experience problems downloading the documents from this site, you may e-mail mciaadmin@mciauth.com to request a copy of the documents.  Requests for bids or proposal documents must include the bid or proposal number and title and should include additional information such as return e-mail address, contact name, street address, phone number, etc.  This e-mail address will respond to requests for bids or proposal documents only and will not respond to any other request.

Vendors obtaining copies of the bid or proposal documents on the website are responsible for monitoring the website for the issuance of any addenda or clarifications. 

 Public notices for bids will continue to be advertised in the Home News Tribune.
