REGULATIONS, NO-SHOW POLICY AND 2008 HOLIDAYS OBSERVED
Walk-ons are accepted for any unreserved tee times.

REGULATIONS
Soft spikes are required.

All golfers in each group must check in with the starter 20 minutes prior to their reservation or forfeit their tee time. The No-Show Policy (see below) will be applied to groups who show with fewer players than reserved.

Registered golfer ID cards are not transferable and are subject to spot checks. The MCIA and course employees reserve the right to confiscate and de-activate ID cards from any golfer who fails to provide sufficient back-up identification, such as a driver’s license, upon request.

A fee of $15 will be charged for the replacement of a lost ID card. For security purposes, all golfers will be required to provide a new identification number at the time of the replacement.

Newly registered golfers must allow a 3-day data processing period to elapse after submitting a registration form and paying the registration fee in order to access the automated tee time reservation system.

Automated tee time reservation times begin at sunrise and end at 3:00 p.m. For the 2008 golf season, it is expected that times will be spaced approximately at 10-minute intervals.

Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours before your reserved time. Failure to give 24 hours notice will subject all players in your group to the No-Show Policy.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Under MCIA rules, a No-Show is anyone who:

No-Show Penalties:
Your first No-Show  will result in a written warning.

A second No-Show  will result in a second warning letter detailing the penalties for future offenses.

A third No-Show  will result in the confiscation of your ID Card, and you will not be able use the reservation system for one month. If you golf during that month, you will have to play as a non-registered golfer.
