Mission and Vision
Roosevelt Care Center is a unique, community-based, public resource for health care services.  Operated by the Middlesex County Improvement Authority, our mission is to create comprehensive continuums for personalized care designed to rehabilitate and maximize physical function, to ease pain, to slow the progression of debilitating conditions and disease and to maximize each individual’s quality of life, satisfaction and independence.

Dedicated to meeting the increasingly diverse care needs of Middlesex County and its residents, we embrace our heritage of community service and will vigorously pursue programs of excellence that promote opportunity and access.  These programs will go forward with state-of-the-art facilities, highly trained staff, and innovative approaches in service delivery and management.  We accept the challenge of forging strong professional relationships that reflect our values, foster fiscal responsibility and yield progressive, sophisticated solutions to public health issues.

Roosevelt Care Center at Edison

The Middlesex County Improvement Authority is the license-holder and operator of this long-term care facility.  The Roosevelt Campus consists of the 180-bed Parsonage Road building that opened in May of 2005.  Long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation care and a continuum of care for Alzheimer’s and dementia are offered.  Amenities include a lobby café, and residents enjoy Companion Radio as well as a seven-day-per-week recreation program.

Roosevelt Care Center at Old Bridge
The Middlesex County Improvement Authority is pleased to announce the expansion of our quality healthcare services into South Middlesex County with the opening of Roosevelt Care Center at Old Bridge. Old Bridge’s rustic hills are now home to our newly constructed, 180-bed facility, located on our sister campus at 1133 Marlboro Road, close to the Rt. 9 and Rt.18 intersection. With its eco-friendly design, the 105,000-square-foot facility boasts the latest in technologically advanced amenities. This welcome addition to the Roosevelt Care family is an extension of the exceptional long-term, rehabilitation and Alzheimer’s/dementia care that our Roosevelt Care Center residents have come to trust for more than 70 years. Everyone is invited to visit the Old Bridge campus.
