DIRECTIONS TO TIRE DROP-OFF SITES
East
Brunswick Reclamation Center, 357 Dunhams Corner Rd.
From the North:
Take Rt. 18 South to Cranbury Rd. (Rt. 535 South)
Bear right at the fork onto Dunhams Corner Rd. and continue for
approximately 2.5 miles. The
Reclamation Center is on the right, just before Church Lane.
From the South: Take Rt. 130 North. After passing the sign for the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Facility on the right, bear right onto Old Georges Rd. at the sign for Maple Meade. Pass Church Lane Plaza on the left and turn right onto Church Lane. Follow Church Lane until it ends and turn left onto Dunhams Corner Rd. Reclamation Center is on the left.
Or: Take Cranbury/South River Rd. (Rt. 535 North) and turn left onto Dunhams Corner Rd. After passing the Crystal Springs Aquatic Center on the right, look for the Reclamation Center on the left.
Metuchen, Jersey Ave.
From the North: Take Rt. 27 South.
Once in Metuchen, go to the fourth light and turn right onto Central Ave. At
the first light turn left onto Durham Ave. Go about one block and turn right
onto Jersey Ave. Go to the end of the street and the Public Works office will
be on the right. See attendant before unloading.
From the South: Take Rt. 27 North. Once in Metuchen (going under I 287), make a left at traffic light onto Bridge St. Follow until the end and make a right at the light onto New Durham Road. Make next immediate left at light onto John Street. Follow until the end and make a right at the stop sign onto Durham Ave. Follow for a short distance and after the large bend toward the left, make the next left onto Jersey Ave. Go to the end of the street and the Public Works office will be on the right. See attendant before unloading.
Plainsboro, Grovers Mill Road
From Rt. 1: Take Rt. 1 South to
Scudders Mill Rd./Plainsboro exit (use jug handle right after light). cross
over Rt. 1 and follow Scudders Mill Rd. through 3 lights. At the 4th light,
turn right onto Schalks Crossing Rd. Travel through 1 light. At the stop sign,
turn right onto Edgemere Ave. At the next stop sign turn left onto Maple Ave.
At the next traffic light, turn left onto Grovers Mill Rd. Travel about 1 mile
and after following the bend in the road to the right, turn left at the green
sign for the Recycling Center. Travel down the power line access road and turn
right at the first driveway into the Conservation Center.
From Rt. 130: Take Rt. 130 South. After passing Cranbury Station (restaurant) turn right at the next light onto Dey Rd. Travel on Dey Rd. for approximately 4.5 miles. Continue going straight at the stop sign ( where Dey Rd. turns into Edgemere Ave). At the next stop sign, turn left onto Maple Ave. Follow Maple Ave. until the next traffic light and turn left onto Grovers Mill Rd. Travel about mile and after following the bend in the road to the right, turn left at the green sign for the Recycling Center. Travel down the power line access road and turn right at the first driveway into the Conservation Center.
Woodbridge
Municipal Service Center, 225 Smith St., Keasbey
From the South and West:
Take either Rt. 1 North to Rt. 287 South, or the N.J. Turnpike North to exit 10,
and get onto Rt. 440 North headed towards Staten Island.
Take the exit marked Smith St./Industrial Ave./Fords.
Follow the signs for Smith St., bearing left towards Keasbey. Go through 1 light, stay in the right lane and go under the
bridge (Matisz Meat Market on right.) Turn
right at the sign for the Woodbridge Municipal Service Center.
Go down the hill towards the river and turn right to the Public Works
yard. See guard for unloading

From the South and East: Take Rt. 9 North to Rt. 35 North. Stay in the right land following signs for Rt. 35 North and go around the circle. Stay right and take the Rt. 35 Victory bridge across the river. Turn left at the 1st light onto Smith St. Continue for just under 1 mile and stay in the left lane. Just after passing under the bridges, take the left lane U-turn (Economy Fence Company and Patio Center on the left.) After passing Matisz Meat Market on the right, turn right at the sign for the Woodbridge Municipal Service Center. Go down the hill towards the river and turn right to the Public Works yard.
